This DeLorean has been upgraded with numerous performance and convenience features.  Following is a partial list of items that have been replaced recently as part of general maintenance, or have been added to enhance the performance of this unique DeLorean.

• DMC (Texas) installed a new (crate) Stage II engine, with 197 BHP at the flywheel.  This engine has approximately 20,000 miles on it. 
  The DMC Stage II engine includes the following modifications and upgraded components –
• New, more powerful Nology ignition system.
• High-performance headers with dual high-flow catalytic converters and a performance muffler.
• Eibach springs with an aggressive lowered stance for better handling.
• Stereo head unit is a Sony ATRAC3 Plus CD/MP3 player with an Encore “e1604” 700 Watt, (4) channel Full MOSFET Power Amp.
• New Infinity Speakers installed in rear panel above parcel shelf.
• PJ Grady Hardcore tail light circuit boards for better reliability.
• Recent maintenance items include new inner door seals, battery, alternator, belts, tires, door struts, fuel pump, DPNW steering column bushing, DPNW lower speedometer cable, DMC (NOS) windshield, speedometer angle drive, reverse light switch, Lambda sensor, ball joints, tie rod ends, and A/C service.
• Upgrades include a new DMCH installed alarm system, all-metal 3-row radiator, TankZilla fuel level sender, custom gloss black paint on louvers, vents, and other exterior trim.
• A dynamometer run late last year showed that the engine is producing the correct horsepower and torque for the DMC-H Stage II engine.  The dyno results can be made available.

There are a few cosmetic issues that will be addressed prior to delivery of the car to the buyer, and after the sale has been completed.  These cosmetic issues include:

• New seat covers are required.  Buyer will have a choice of the new reproduction seat covers from DMC-Houston in either grey or the unique two tone (black and grey) versions.
• The right hand sun visor will be replaced.
• Armrest extension protective caps will be installed per the original DMC service bulletin.

There is some minor sun fading of the dashboard and a small crack in the binnacle.  The left hand A-pillar also has been damaged somewhat by the sun.  These issues could be addressed in the future once replacement parts are available from any DMC authorized service facility.

Upon purchase of this DeLorean from DMC – Northwest, we can install various other upgrades and convenience features that are available for purchase through our sister company, DeLorean Parts Northwest (DPNW).  These upgrades could include a Wings-A-Loft Remote Door Opening system or Remote Keyless Entry, along with various related systems such as remote trunk opening.  Other upgrades available range from the Wings-A-Light Daytime Running Lights Module, Third Brake Lights, and other options that might become available in the near future.
